Delivery

We deliver throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Choose the delivery speed that fits your needs at checkout:

Standard — scheduled delivery on our regular routes. Same-day — for urgent restocks ordered before the daily cutoff. Night delivery — after-hours delivery up to 10 PM. Emergency — when you can't wait.

Delivery rates depend on speed and order size; larger orders qualify for lower rates. Final delivery pricing is shown at checkout. Members of our RoutePass program receive reduced and waived delivery fees.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
